Martial Movement™ is where classical martial arts meet modern fitness training based on National Academy of Sports Medicine principles and recommendations. Designed for mature (over 50) individuals seeking to improve, maintain, or regain their physical well-being in a unique and engaging way.

Martial Movement™ follows the National Academy of Sports Medicine's recommendations and fitness principles. Their guidelines and practices are woven throughout the classical and modern martial arts used within the Martial Movement™ system, providing a methodical, balanced, and comprehensive approach for improving range of motion, muscle elasticity, strength, stability and body control.
Every Martial Movement™ workout consists of:

What We Offer
Martial Movement™
Whether you prefer the energy of group classes or individual private training, our programs are designed with mature (over 50) clients in mind.
Classes are designed by a certified personal trainer and led by experienced black belt instructors with backgrounds in traditional Korean, Japanese, and Chinese martial arts.
Senior Self Defense
Self defense training comprised of classical martial arts and modern techniques, led by experienced black belt instructors with practical, real-world experience.
Personal Training
Personal fitness training specializing in novice, senior, and physically challenged individuals.
Comprehensive fitness assessments are available.
We will work with you at your fitness center, your home, or virtually.
